Should you need to consider return or refund, please email us at svdtradingcompany@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase date. Please provide us with your order number, product details and the reason for return.

 

Please be advised that we will not be able to refund or return a product once it has been opened. All return/refund requests will be worked upon case-to-case basis.

In case a refund is mutually agreed upon, refunds will be for the products only. Shipping will not be refunded.
